Cherokee Nation Election laws allow individuals to make contributions up to
$5,000 cash or in-kind per candidate.

-No corporation, partnership and/or any other legal entity shall contribute to any Cherokee Nation campaign or candidate.

-Only contributions made by “individuals” can be accepted.

-Contributions and expenditures in the name of or on behalf of another without full disclosure is not allowed nor is a contribution in the name of another person, or a minor.

-No person is allowed to reimburse another for a contribution to a candidate.
